Making A Purchase 
Making a purchase is safe and easy at http://www.alanguagestory.com. Just look through our catalogue of great merchandise and add any items that you would like to buy into the shopping cart. When you  are ready to purchase your items, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a some details that we need, to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

Shipping And Handling 
Items are dispatched using Royal Mail services.

The following shipping fees (excluding VAT) apply for orders of physical products: 
– UK: FREE 
– Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey: £7.99
– Rest of Europe:  £5.99
– Rest of the World: £9.99

Delivery Schedule

All order are made on demand so will need approx 5-7 days before we ship. We will normally send your order to you within 10 days. International orders are generally received in under 3 weeks.Tax Charges 

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT is added at your local rate. All other orders are VAT free.

Returns Policy
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase within 7 days of delivery. This applies to all of our products. We can accept returns of complete product, which is unused and in an “as new” condition.

To cancel an order, send a written request via email info@alanguagestory.com, giving the reason for the return. Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us with the corresponding invoice so that we receive it within 7 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the  EU Distance Selling Directive.
